Suggested by reddit user to look for another github repo that has better documentation. But I haven't found any that would do similar (maybe I am not using the right keywords). Anyways, while searching I found a free Ipad/Iphone app called "Forma Closet" which was described to do exactly what I want...

Next, I downloaded MPV zipped dataset and extracted to the same location of where main.py is found from github code. I get a folder called: MPV_256_192 I changed direction into that and saw a all.tar.gz file. then I ran "tar -xvf all.tar.gz" and it expanded into a folder called "all" which contained...

The readme in the github doesn't explain anything other than link to Paper which is cryptic to a lay person. Sigh.
So sad right now and not know how to continue with research on how to go with this task.

Looked around some more and found
