If there's no signature

and you have a non-inlined attachment the heart (post love) appears in a weird location (which isn't consistent).
To combat this display problem I have put it after signature but it requires some sort of signature.
So now for members that don't have a signature I just default the signature to say "GIMP Learn rocks..." so that the post love can appear consistently at very end of each post (when viewing a topic).
If you disable signature in your post it'll show three periods "..." just so the heart can always be at bottom again.
