Super fine print of Buddhist Chant that fills a Lotus's Silhouette

I just went to Staples and printed this super fine print of "Om Mani Padme Hum" Tibetan Buddhist chant
that fills the silhouette of a Lotus flower.
The text is 5 pixels high, and hand-drawn by me, just repeated pattern.

Hi Tim,

My failed attempt was with the Sanskrit text (ॐ मणिपद्मे हूँ).
I tried to reproduce your art, but with the height of 5 pixels everything was unreadable.

I didn't get anything close to the effect that your pattern produced.

I ended up extending myself in this game and ended up with the image below.

would you mind sharing your 5 px tall pattern?

Thanks!

Sure I don't mind at all.
Here's the pattern I used (hand-drawn and copied on 3 lines and shifted by 1/3 each line).

Here's the design that uses above pattern that I printed on 8.5x11 (typical printer sized paper).

But uploading the above probably resized it so here's the zip of that.

I used silhouette found here: https://i.pinimg.com/originals/8d/98/42 ... 0ae8ea.jpg

The above printing was printed at 300dpi, but I read that many modern printers can print 600dpi or 1200dpi. So I might do a test in the future to see what Staples printer is capable of ..it it can do 600 then that means I can get my text even finer, same resolution 5 pixel high but I can make my print design twice as large...or if it can do 1200dpi that it's even crazier....superfine.

I finally managed to reproduce your art. A subtle form of communication. I intend to use it in RPG adventures.

After seeing your pattern, I understood the reason for my previous failure to achieve this effect.
I redid the whole process, a good learning. I ended up creating a pattern similar to yours. The letters A, M and O were the biggest differences, but little is noticed depending on the magnification that the text is displayed.

Regarding printing, I believe that some printers can even print at 1200 or 600 DPI, but the question is whether they can maintain quality.

I printed 600 px / in on an A4 sheet (209 x 297 mm), producing an image of 5 x 3.75 mm. But the quality is not good, practically all the legibility of the text has been lost.

Thx Tim!
